PARENT INFORMATION EXCHANGE

This group is all about your child. Facilitated by a Special Education Teacher or Social Worker we discuss issues relating to education and daily living skills and how you as a parent can facilitate you child's growth. This group can assist you in making connections, establishing friendships, and learning from each other.

This group will be offered on the following Saturday nights at 7 p.m.

PARENT SUPPORT GROUPS
As the parent of a child with a Developmental Disability my world has been consumed by my feelings and emotions. I think all parents need a place where they can talk about what they're feeling, going through, or just how they feel that day Parent support groups are an essential part of the NYFAC mission.

THIS GROUP IS ALL ABOUT YOU THE PARENT. We do not discuss your child specifically.

These groups are offered once a month, on Saturday evening at 7 P.M. and run for about 90 minutes on the following dates:

MOMS NIGHT

This group is run by Moms and meets once a month on Friday evening at 7 p.m. Topics and locations are discussed and decided as a group. Meets on the following dates:
