Coming Together is an intensive 5 day training which provides staff the knowledge they need to address critical skill areas for students with autism spectrum disorder in the public school setting. The NTI trainers have years of experience in ABA, speech pathology and special education. Participants gain practical knowledge of research based methods and principles considered effective in addressing communication, cognitive, behavioral and social delays characteristic of students with autism.

DTI differs from other instructional methods because it relies heavily on intensity and structure. This workshop will explain how to maximize the teaching sessions, & how to create multiple moments of teaching.

Reinforcement & Prompting Dr. Jim Ball BCBA  Aug 24th

Prompting is a technique used to help the child get a correct response. During the Discrete Trial you may give the the child the "SD" and he may need help getting the correct response. This workshop will teach the Prompt to use to get the correct response.

Increasing Language Jennifer Toscano, MS.Ed. Aug. 22

Children with ASD struggle with Abstract and  Social language. This workshop will provide an overview of strategies for interventions and promoting success.
